The Schedule of condition and inspections are key components of residential inventory, outlining the condition of the property and its contents at a specific point in time, typically before and after a tenant moves into the property. It includes the state of various elements of the property, such as walls, floors, fixtures, and fittings, noting any existing damage, wear and tear or defects.  A schedule of condition report helps prevent disagreements between landlords and tenants when leases end.
